About Us
Located in Deer Park, Texas, A New Dawn is a no‑kill, volunteer‑run 501(c)(3) adoption center dedicated to helping small dogs and a handful of cats in need. With no paid staff and no government funding, we rely completely on donations to provide safety, healing, and second chances to every animal who comes through our door.
How we are different
A New Dawn is a small home style pet adoption center where dogs stay in cozy rooms, not cages. We adopt locally and don't transport out of state. All pets go home on an approved application and meet and greet in person with us. We foster our pets only in emergencies situations.
