A New Dawn Pet Adoption Center is a small 501c3, no - kill, all‑volunteer organization established in Deer Park in 2011 to give small dogs a true second chance at life. When a pet comes to A New Dawn, the pet is not transported, foster is used only in emergencies, and every adoption requires an approved application followed by a friendly meet and greet to ensure the right match.
